My story

My name is Jared Malfer. I started my personal journey in physical fitness in 2013, I wanted to get healthy and build my physic. Initially, I wanted a distraction from my own personal struggles, but over time I enjoyed the challenges and thought, how can I get certified and help others? Becoming a trainer didn't mean becoming a perfect person, I still continue to work on myself while helping others to do the same.

I focused on physical fitness getting my certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition in 2018. After that I joined a local studio as a personal trainer conducting fitness assessments, seminars and class demos.  During this process I would prescribe comprehensive wellness programs based on individual client’s goals motivating and inspiring clients to reach their goals with enthusiasm.  In doing so, I knew I was on the right path. It felt amazing to be able to help people and watch them grow both physically and mentally.  Shortly after, I moved up to Personal Training Sales Manager/Head Coach, overseeing operations and ensuring that members receive the highest quality of service, as well as lead, motivate, and manage the coaching team within the club’s established business and brand requirements.

In 2019 I decided to establish my own business servicing my individual client’s goals. I understand that we are all unique, with different needs and limitations, which is why I feel it's important to work one on one, giving my full focus to each client.
